From the East Bay:

1. Take I-880 to the Decoto/Dumbarton Bridge exit and cross the bay.
2. Once across the bridge, turn left at the second traffic signal, Willow.
3. Continue on Willow to a right turn on the freeway entrance for 101 South to San Jose.
4. Continue on 101 to the University Ave. exit, which goes under University and curves back around to University. Follow the To Palo Alto signs, getting in the left lane as the ramp curves to the right.
5. Turn left (west towards downtown Palo Alto) on University.
6. Continue on University past Guinda to Middlefield Road and turn left on Middlefield.
7. Go one block on Middlefield and turn right on Hamilton.
8. The First United Methodist Church is 1.5 blocks up on the right between Byron and Webster at 625 Hamilton.
9. There are several options for parking (see parking map below):
• If you turn right on Byron just before the church, you can turn left into a small parking lot behind the church. Get there early if you want to park in this lot.
• If you pass the church and turn right on Webster, there's a driveway on the left near the middle of the block that leads to a city parking structure. Look for the brown Parking sign with an arrow pointing left.
• On the left side of Hamilton past Webster behind 550 Hamilton St., there's a lot of parking. This office building's parking lot has scary No Parking signs, but the building is closed on Saturday nights.
10. The dance is upstairs in the Fellowship Hall.
    • If the back door is open, walk down the hall, turn left, and then take the stairs on your right.
    • On Hamilton St. facing the front of the church, the Fellowship hall is in the building on the right, and the entrance to the stairs is to your right.

From the North (SF, Marin) via I-280:

1. Take I-280 south to the Sand Hill Rd exit.
2. Turn left (east towards Palo Alto) and continue on Sand Hill.
3. Just before the Stanford Shopping Center, turn right on Vineyard Rd. so you can miss all the shopping center traffic.
4. Go one block to the end of Vineyard and turn left on Quarry.
5. Go one block on Quarry to Arboretum and turn right.
6. Go one block on Arboretum to Palm Dr. and turn left.
7. Continue on Palm Dr. across El Camino and under the Alma overpass, where it turns into University.
8. On University past the Alma underpass, take the second right (the first traffic signal) at High St.
9. Get in the left lane of High St. and go one block to Hamilton.
10. Turn left on Hamilton and continue to 625 Hamilton. The First United Methodist Church is on the left just past Webster.

1. Take I-280 north to the Page Mill Rd. exit and follow the signs to Palo Alto.

3. Continue on the Oregon Expy. to Middlefield Road.
4. Turn left on Middlefield, cross Embarcadero Rd., and continue to a left turn on Hamilton (just past Forest Dr.).
